Exterior Painting

Siding, trim, doors, and fascia — protected with weatherproof finishes built for high-desert sun, monsoon rains, and freezing winters.

Your exterior paint is your home's first line of defense against UV, moisture, and temperature swings. A sloppy job fails in 2–3 years; a proper one lasts 8–12. The difference is in the prep — power washing, scraping, priming bare wood, caulking every joint — and in using products rated for the high desert. We do all of it, in writing, with a warranty you can count on.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does an exterior paint job last?

With proper prep and premium paint, exteriors in our climate typically hold up 8–12 years on stucco/siding and 5–7 on trim.

What time of year is best?

Spring through fall is ideal. We avoid temperatures below 40°F and active monsoon windows.

Do you paint in rain or humidity?

No. We schedule around weather and don't apply paint to wet or rain-imminent surfaces.

What if my siding needs repair?

We do minor wood and stucco repairs in-house and can recommend trusted contractors for larger work.

How long will the project take?

Most single-family exteriors take 3–7 working days, depending on size and prep.

What's the warranty?

Every exterior project is backed by our written workmanship warranty — if the paint fails due to our workmanship, we fix it.
